|The ExpertRating corporate testing system has been developed for ease of use while
allowing different testing modes depending upon the exact testing requirement. The below flow chart
depicts how a company can sign up for a free account, sample the testing environment and then go on
to buy the tests.
ExpertRating tests for corporates are sold in the form of test pins. A test pin is a numeric code that
enables any of the ExpertRating tests. Companies can buy any number of pins online through a secure credit
card transaction or using PayPal depending upon their testing needs. The pins are made available immediately
on payment and the testing can commence instantly. (We also accept wire transfers on request).
As depicted in the below flow chart, the test pins can be used in two ways depending upon the testing
requirements of the company.
Testing Option (A) : This option is suitable for corporates who would like to book up candidates
by name, and then ask them to sit for the tests without having to individually register themselves on the
ExpertRating website. This option requires the corporate to fill in the name of each candidate and assign
a username and password. The corporate then uses the test pins to book up the candidates for the tests.
Finally the candidates log on to the ExpertRating website using the usernames and passwords assigned to them
by the corporate and take their tests. This option provides a
more personalized experience to the candidates and also saves them time registering on the website.
Testing Option (B) : This option is suitable for corporates who would not like to spend time
entering employee information, but would rather like the employee to register on the site him/herself and
take the test. This testing option is much simpler for the corporate, as it simply requires them to
supply the pin to the employee, who would then register on the site, choose the appropriate test,
feed in the pin and take the test.
Reporting : The score reporting for both testing options (A) and (B) are the same. The corporate can
view the test scores according to the employee name, test date, test name and performance.
