Non-native speakers and non-professionals may find this test too challenging and may prefer to take the UK English Basic Skills Test or the UK English Grammar Test (For Writing Professionals).

The questions on this multiple-choice test deal with the often subtle errors in diction, verb tense, sentence structure, grammar, usage, punctuation, and style that professional editors encounter in their daily work. | | Duration | 40 minutes.
