She has instructed Mat and Equipment Certification Courses to people of varied backgrounds, who fell in love with the magic of Pilates. She practiced and studied this ingenious mind-body method of exercise at the original school that Joseph H. Pilates himself had founded. Upon completion of her course, she received her certificate from Romana Kryzanowska – Joseph Pilates’ pupil of 26 years. She did close to a thousand hours of rigorous training, which involved taking personal and group sessions with the New York Pilates Studio instructors, theoretical study of the method, and teaching practice under Romana’s watchful eye and a team of talented instructors under her tutelage.
