About the Stability Ball Certification

A stability ball, also called a Pilates ball or a Swiss ball, is a versatile piece of fitness equipment used by instructors and trainers to help clients improve posture, flexibility, balance and coordination as well as strengthen core stability and boost cardiovascular health. The ExpertRating Stability Ball Certification is an image-and-video-enhanced course that trains you in a variety of stability ball exercises that you can use in your fitness centre to help clients achieve different fitness goals with this simple tool.
