About the Kickboxing Training Certification

The ExpertRating Kickboxing Training Certification is designed to describe basic concepts and moves of this martial art so that you can formulate and apply what best works for you. A range of punches and kicks will be shown in a series of drills so that you can practice getting comfortable with applying them. The guidance has been kept simple so that you can hone your skills and put them into practice. At the end of your guidance, you will be ready to "spar" so you can see for yourself its effectiveness when applying its use in combat. Know yourself and know your skills so that you can put them together and make things work.

By practicing through a variety of scenarios and using drills to improve your reactions, you will be able to act instinctively when you are under threat and do what needs to be done to protect yourself or those you care about.
