About the Balance Certification

The ExpertRating Balance Certification offers you the opportunity to pursue your dream of becoming a certified balance instructor by learning the roles and responsibilities of a balance trainer. You will also learn about general fitness theory and concepts, along with the principles, concepts, exercises and movements associated with balance training.
